Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty item, we’re here to help.

Faulty Items

We offer returns only for faulty goods. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you believe an item is faulty.

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@stylengrace.com.au with your order number and a description of the fault with photo's of fault.

  2. If eligible, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

 

Inspection & Approval

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will:

  • Reimburse the original purchase price

  • Refund the return shipping cost

Please retain your return postage receipt, as we require proof of shipping cost for reimbursement.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or style preference.

This Returns Policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights provided by the Australian Consumer Law, which are the basic rights you have as a consumer. These statutory rights will be upheld in case of any inconsistencies with this Returns Policy.
